We had a really good stay that met expectation, would definitely return here. Everything was very comfortable, including its quiet atmosphere. The location was easy and stunning, for example, St Paul's Church was at a medium distance from the hotel. We liked being near a bus station.

Everything was brand-new, but we stayed for 2 nights only. The room was modern, with exceptionally comfortable bed and a shower, hairdryers, and a bidet in the bathroom. The location was easy and stunning, overlooking garden. Also, it was 5 mins drive from Bennet di Como Tavernola. The check in was easy and the atmosphere was quiet throughout the hotel. Moreover, free Wi-Fi worked throughout the property.

Clean room, comfy bed, great balcony view. 15 mins to Imbarcadero di Tavernola for boat tour and dinner in Como. Good value, new, modern, free secure parking, baby bed available. Close to Cernobbio, far from city center, nice terrace view. Cool blinds keep room cool. Spotless rooms, quiet, near restaurants. Recommend for stopover to Tuscany.

This place is conveniently situated near downtown and the highway, making it easy to access. Additionally, it's close to the lake, adding to the appeal of staying here.

The rooms at Officina Rooms are awesome! They have a flat-screen TV and air conditioning, which is perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The private bathroom is equipped with a bidet and free toiletries, making it feel like a luxurious spa. Some rooms even have a balcony, where you can enjoy a cup of coffee while taking in the beautiful views. I personally loved having a desk in my room, which was great for getting some work done. Plus, each room comes with a wardrobe, so I had plenty of space to store my clothes. the rooms are comfortable, stylish, and have everything you need for a great stay.

If I had to pick one thing that I liked less about the rooms, it would be that some of them don't have a hairdryer. But hey, that's just my personal preference.

Location was convenient, great communication, included garage for parking, accessible to boat to Como downtown, supermarket nearby.
